West Ham United have pulled Javier Hernandez off the market.

Marca says Sevilla chief Monchi has been in talks to sign the Mexico international this week.

Negotiations had been progressing well, but the Hammers have now shut the door on losing Chicharito after Michail Antonio broke down with injury.

With a year to run on his deal, West Ham had been willing to sell the striker for 8-9m - before Antonio's setback.

Sevilla are now turning to Juventus veteran Mario Mandzukic as an alternative.
