Chelsea are the frontrunners to sign Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell.
The Blues have identified Chilwell as a top target when their transfer ban ends next summer, according to the Daily Mail.
They could bring the deal forward to January if the ban is reduced.
Manchester United are also heavily interested in the England international.
The immense interest in the 22-year-old could evoke a bidding war between the two Premier League giants.
Leicester already recouped 80m from United for defender Harry Maguire this summer.
