Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba was rejected by PSG last summer, it was revealed.
Pogba was a target for Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane, while former club Juventus were also keen.
Sport Italia says Pogba's agent Mino Raiola also tried to place him at PSG.
It's claimed the midfielder was willing to return to France and supported Raiola's move.
However, PSG were not interested, particularly with focus being on keeping hold Neymar.
