Leicester City defender Filip Benkovic has been hailed as a "model professional" after being dropped to the club's U23 side.
The Croatian has found himself behind Jonny Evans, Wes Morgan and Caglar Soyuncu in the Foxes' centre-back ranks.
He started in the U23s draw with Blackburn Rovers with senior boss Brendan Rodgers in attendance.
Speaking after the game, U23 assistant Ben Petty said: "I thought Filip, obviously coming down from the senior squad, was a model professional. He was very, very solid."
The 22-year-old posted a message on Instagram after the game, stating: "Giving up is not an option."
