Leganes have signed Kenneth Omeruo from Chelsea for 4.6m.
Omeruo, 25, starred with Leganes on loan last term, making 31 appearances for the club.
The Nigeria international did not make a single appearance for Chelsea after joining from Standard Liege in 2012.
