Jonas Lossl says he'll play for Everton next season.
The Denmark goalkeeper has just extended his loan with Championship Huddersfield Town to the end of the season.
However, Lossl says he'll return to Goodison Park next term to compete with Jordan Pickford for the No1 spot.
"I get enough criticism for claiming that I give up to Pickford a place as the first choice, but although it will be difficult of course, I believe so much in myself and my own abilities," he told Herning Folkeblad.
"Both my and the club's plan remains for me to return to Everton next season to challenge Jordan. If it turns out that I am not the best keeper, I must accept it and be a reserve again."
