Frank Lampard has hailed Olivier Giroud for scoring "important goals" for Chelsea.
Giroud scored the decisive goal in Tuesday's 1-0 win over Norwich City, which moves Chelsea four points clear in third-position on the Premier League table.
"He is always going to give you a desire to get in there for the team," Lampard told Sky Sports.
"He had a few half chances in the central area. That is what you have to do when he is in the team - use his attributes.
"He has scored important goals. He has never given me a problem, always trained well. His professionalism is always good."
