Bayern Munich's honourary president Uli Hoeness has welcomed their deal for Manchester City attacker Leroy Sane.
Bayern have been pursuing the Germany attacker for over 12 months and a deal has now been confirmed.
Sane will move to Bayern for around €50m, with the midfielder agreeing personal terms over a five-year contract.
Hoeness declared yesterday: “I am very glad that Leroy is moving to Bayern.
"This transfer will make our club much more attractive. Those responsible for the deal did an excellent job."
