Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo confirmed that winger Adama Traore has suffered an injury.
It was a double blow for Wolves, who lost their second consecutive game in the Premier League.
This result was a 1-0 defeat at Sheffield United, and Traore dislocated his shoulder during the game.
It is unclear how many games Traore will miss in the run in.
"It's the same issue he [Traore] had before, lets see how can overcome. He's in pain now but he's a strong boy," Nuno told reporters after the game.
"He's in pain.
"Of course, it is in his mind but after that, he kept going - fighting, jumping.
"It's on his mind but he can overcome it."
