Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is backing Newcastle United's sale.
Mourinho admits he's a fan of the Magpies thanks to his relationship with the late Sir Bobby Robson.
He said, "Hopefully, the takeover helps them to become an even bigger and better club. I think everyone knows through my emotional connection with Sir Bobby Robson that Newcastle was always part of my life indirectly because I worked for so many years with Sir Bobby and Newcastle was a real passion for him.
"I learnt with him how to share and how to respect the people there, the mentality, what society is historically in Newcastle and around the Newcastle area so apart from my awful record at St James' Park, it's a club that I have lots of respect for."
