Tottenham fullback Danny Rose is eager to stay with Newcastle United.
The Evening Chronicle says Rose still hopes to make his move to Newcastle permanent this summer.
The full-back joined Steve Bruce's side on loan in January and is expected to leave Spurs for good at the end of the season.
Newcastle are keen to reach a longer-term agreement with Rose, who is also attracting interest from Lazio.
But the interest from the Serie A club is yet to be put to his representatives.
