Manchester United have cooled their interest in Jack Grealish and will focus on signing Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.
United have made contact with Dortmund over a potential deal, according to Sky Sports.
However the Red Devils are not prepared to meet their €120m asking price, due to the financial impact of COVID-19.
Financial problems are also why United have steered away from prioritising Grealish.

Aston Villa's relegation survival means they will demand a premium price for the 24-year-old midfielder.
United arguably have a more pressing need to sign a winger and would rather use their limited funds of England international Sancho.
Dortmund want a resolution on Sancho's future by the time they return to preseason training on August 10.
The Bundesliga are happy to keep Sancho if their demands are not met and sell him for a reduced price next summer when he has just one year to run on his contract.
