Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder hailed Jose Mourinho as a "modern day great".
Mourinho has won 23 honours across four different nations during his illustrious managerial career.
Speaking ahead of his team's Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday, Wilder said: "Without a shadow of a doubt he is one of the greatest of the modern era of football. He has won trophies everywhere he has been.
"You're always judged aren't you? You're judged as a manager, you're judged as a player and you're always judged as a team in the short term.
"For me, the only time to reflect on it is when he finishes and that's the only time to make a judgement on it in my opinion. I'm a big fan of him."
