Real Madrid have snapped up Álvaro Daniel Rodríguez Muñoz from Girona.
The 16 year-old striker, 1.92m, has shone for Girona's youth team this season and will join Real's academy for next term.
Álvaro Daniel is the son of Coquito Rodríguez, a Uruguayan striker who won the Intercontinental Cup with Peñarol. Coquito played in Europe with Rapid Vienna before moving to Spain to sign for Palamos, then in the Segunda Division.
Coquito eventually became a coach and worked with his son when he was enrolled with Palamos juniors.
While standing at 1.92m, Álvaro Daniel can play at centre-forward and also as a winger.
