Arsenal are willing to offer Matteo Guendouzi to Barcelona as part of a deal for Philippe Coutinho.
Foot Mercato says the Gunners and Barcelona are in discussions over an arrangement that would see the former Liverpool playmaker move to north London and Guendouzi head in the opposite direction.
Guendouzi has fallen out of favour under Mikel Arteta amid concerns over his temperament.
However, he is said to have long been admired by the dethroned LaLiga champions, who want to strengthen their central midfield options.
Barca have already performed one swap deal involving Arthur Melo going to Juventus in exchange for Miralem Pjanic.
