Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo has lavished praise on Joao Moutinho.
The central midfielder is a key figure for the Premier League side as they aim to finish in the top four this season.
Moutinho has more appearances than any Premier League player this term - 55 in all competitions for club and country.
And Nuno said of the feat to reporters: "It says a lot. We know that Joao is a top professional.
"He's experienced, and he knows the importance of how to handle a very tight schedule of competition – what you have to do during that process.
"And Joao does it every day. It's not only this season – he's been that competitive throughout all his career.
"He's a natural competitor. He loves the game, he loves to train, and he loves to compete.
"And he enjoys passing this knowledge on to his younger team-mates. It's good for us."
