AC Milan president Paolo Scaroni says the board is happy with the work of chief exec Ivan Gazidis.
Scaroni also praised coach Stefano Pioli after victory over Juventus.
"It was a memorable game, one we'll remember for years to come," he told Corriere della Sera.
“I talked to Pioli: I congratulated him. Even those who didn't play very well gave the impression that they were part of a motivated team who enjoy playing football.
“It seems to me that Pioli has managed to build a proper team. As for whether he'll stay, I have complete confidence in these decisions, which are made by Gazidis.
“In turn, the owners have complete confidence in him. Gazidis and I talk, but not about technical things, rather about how to manage certain situations.
“I don't think Gazidis has decided on a revolution yet. Having said that, it's right that the CEO explores new horizons.
“As for Maldini, I have an excellent relationship with him. Ask him if he's staying."
