Barcelona are preparing to open new contract talks with Clement Lenglet.
Sport says Barca management recognise Lenglet is among the lowest paid players inside the squad and deserves a pay-rise given his current status.
The France international is now a first-choice for coach Quique Setien.
Barca directors are aware Lenglet is attracting interest from rivals and plan to soon open talks about a new deal.
Lenglet, who arrived from Sevilla, has a deal with Barca to 2023.
