Real Madrid are preparing to sell Jesus Vallejo this summer.
The defender is currently on-loan with Granada, having joined in January after spending the first-half of the season in England with Wolves.
AS says Real intend to sell 50 per cent of their registration for around €8m, they rate the defender at €15m overall.
For their part, Granada would like to keep hold of Vallejo, though prefer extending the loan a further 12 months.
Vallejo's deal with Real runs to 2025.
