Sassuolo chief Giovanni Carnevali insists Jeremie Boga will only leave for big money.
Boga has been linked with Inter Milan and Napoli.
“The club's policy is to keep the big names," Carnevali told DAZN.
“Sassuolo have always tried to make the most of a big sale, while keeping their backbone intact.
“We want to improve ourselves and our objective is to get the lads to stay here and buy into our project."
He added: “Lots of teams want him, but our desire is to keep hold of him."
