Manchester United have launched a bid for Sochaux teen Willy Kambwala.
RMC says United have seen a bid for Kambwala rejected.
United offered less than €1million to Sochaux for the defensive midfielder, with the French club unwilling to even entertain talks unless they double their offer for the 15-year-old.
Liverpool are also interested in Kambwala, who is a France U16 international.
Either club won't be able to complete a deal until he turns 16 in August.
