Super agent Kia Joorabchian hopes to place Philippe Coutinho and Willian at Arsenal this summer.
Coutinho has struggled at Barcelona since heading to the Nou Camp from Liverpool in January 2018.
He has spent time on loan at Bayern Munich with Barca thought to be keen to get the Brazilian off the wage bill this summer.
The Mirror reports Joorabchian is eager for Coutinho to head to Arsenal on loan, as well as Willian on a permanent deal.
Willian is out of contract at Chelsea this summer with talks over a new deal appearing to drag on.
Joorabchian has made it no secret he grew up an Arsenal fan.
