Tottenham are demanding top price for Tanguy Ndombele.
Barcelona and PSG are among clubs keen on the midfielder, signed just a year ago from Lyon for €65m.
ESPN says Spurs are prepared to sell Ndombele this summer - but will not accept a discount and are demanding €60m to part with the player.
As such, representatives of interested clubs are proposing a loan plus permanent option to take Ndombele off Spurs' hands.
PSG chief Leonardo, particularly, is counting on Spurs accepting such a proposal.
