Wolves cruised to a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace at Molineux on Tuesday.

Daniel Podence and Jonny Otto scored on either side of half-time to claim all three points.

Nuno Espirito Santo's side keeps their Europa League qualification in their own hands heading into the final game of the season.

They are now one point above Tottenham in sixth and will face Chelsea on closing day.

Speaking after the game, Nuno was proud his side has eclipsed their points tally from last season.

He said: "The words of building and improving makes sense. Today we made two more points than last season, so we are improving and I'm happy for that. A lot of credit to the players in such a complicated season, with all the issues that happened. The belief of the players is incredible.

"We have a lot of things to go. A tough game on Sunday, finish the Premier League, and then focus on what's coming after."
