Daniel Arzani is set to complete a loan move to Dutch Eredivisie side FC Utrecht.
According to Dutch publication FCUtrecht.Net, the Manchester City winger is headed to the Netherlands.
The 21-year-old spent last season at Celtic but endured a series of knee injuries.
Arzani will complete the move once his work permit is approved.
