PEC Zwolle coach John Stegeman believes VfL Wolfsburg striker Wout Weghorst could handle a move to Arsenal - or even higher.

Stegeman played with Weghorst at Heracles and is well aware of the rumours about Arsenal.

"He is not finished yet. His hunger has not yet been satisfied," Stegeman told Voetbal International.

“He always absorbs the level at which he plays. I think that is very clever. Emmen, Heracles. Again the best player at AZ. Then on to Wolfsburg. He always acquaints himself with the level at which he plays. That is an important characteristic for him as a player.

“I would therefore like to see him at a top club like Bayern Munich. I don't know if he is a striker for that level, but maybe he will surprise us?"
