Manchester United are keeping tabs on Douglas Costa as they explore alternatives to Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.
Juventus are willing to sell 29-year-old Costa as they look to regenerate under new manager Andrea Pirlo.
Sky Sports says United have been monitoring the Brazilian this season.
Sancho remains the priority but Dortmund continue to play hardball over a transfer.
Costa would cost significantly less than the 20-year-old and would still meet Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's desire to sign a winger.
