Chelsea are edging closer to signing Leicester City fullback Ben Chilwell.
Chilwell has undergone extra medical checks in London as he nears a move to Chelsea, says the Daily Star.
England international Chilwell is thought to be available this summer after the Foxes missed out on Champions League football.
Chelsea are the club in pole position to sign the left-back for a reported £50m, as they look to add to the signings of Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech.
But there is a concern surrounding the heel injury which prevented Chilwell for participating in the final five games of the season.
It's understood that the 23-year-old has undergone extra medical checks to ensure that won't be a long-term issue.
