Ben Chilwell would love to emulate compatriot and fellow left-back Ashley Cole at Chelsea.
The 23-year-old has arrived at Stamford Bridge in a huge deal for the Blues, who have paid £50m to Leicester City for his services.
Cole won multiple titles in eight seasons at Chelsea and Chilwell hopes he can follow in his footsteps.
"It's great for myself, I've got that benchmark of what a great Chelsea left-back is," he told the club's website when asked about following in Cole's path
"I grew up watching Ashley Cole play so I know how respected he is here and again that was a big reason for me wanting to come.
"I feel like I'm still young and I want that sort of career that he had at Chelsea for myself as well."
