Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been named the Premier League's Manager of the Year.

Last season, the German led Liverpool to their first league title in three decades.

Klopp fended off competition from peers Frank Lampard, Chris Wilder and Brendan Rodgers to clinch yet another gong at the end of a historic campaign.

The 53-year-old was also recently named the winner of the LMA Manager of the Year award, beating Marcelo Bielsa, Gareth Ainsworth and Wilder to clinch the double.

Liverpool dropped just two points in the league before the defeat against Watford in late February finally brought an end to their stellar unbeaten streak.

The 99 points amassed to seal the league title was a club record amount.
