Roma have NOT registered Chris Smalling for the Europa League.
Talks with Manchester United over extending the defender's loan for the campaign this month have stalled.
United have never come down from the demand of €20m plus €5m in bonuses to sell Smalling, while Roma have not gone beyond an offer of €15m.
As such, Smalling has been left in limbo and it appears his season is over.
Sky Italia says the defender will not be registered for the Europa League clash with Sevilla.
