Former Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is open to a return to the Premier League next season.
After terminating his contract with Trabzonspor, Sturridge has been serving out a betting suspension.
The 30 year-old told Sky Sports: "We have options around the world but I'm an English player and I have always loved playing in the Premier League.
"I think I have a lot to give to the Premier League and I would say that it is my first choice. I feel like I have unfinished business so I would like to go back and play there.
"I'm open to playing in other leagues, it's not just the Premier League I will consider, but coming back to England and giving my best would be a great option for me. I'm very excited, I'm hungrier than ever and I'm totally focused on the next chapter."
