Fulham are plotting an ambitious double swoop of Southampton players Mario Lemina and Harrison Reed.
The latter spent last season at Craven Cottage and will now join on a permanent deal worth £8m.
The Evening Standard says Reed will be joined by Gabon midfielder Lemina.
Saints were keen to sell the 26-year-old but no clubs wanted to meet their £10m asking price.
He will now join the Cottagers on loan with an obligation to buy at the end of the 2020/21 season.
