Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang admits he's not been tabled a new contract.

But the Gunners captain, who has just one year remaining on his current Emirates deal, hinted that "hopefully great news" is around the corner.

The Gabon international is said to have verbally agreed to sign a new three-year deal worth £250,000-per-week.

However, Aubameyang seemed to suggest he's not actually seen a new contract during an Instagram Live with his brother Willy.

The striker said: “Everyone is showing the pen & paper [emoji] but I still don't have the papers bruv!"

Aubameyang then took things one step further by mimicking agreeing a contract before explaining to his brother that he was "signing da ting."

As Arsenal's Player of the Year signed off the video, he added: "Have a good night, enjoy and hopefully great news for everybody."
