Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has told his players winning the FA Cup will be a lifelong memory.
Lampard's team face London rivals Arsenal at Wembley on Saturday with the former midfielder looking to win his first major trophy as a coach.
Speaking at an early afternoon press conference on Friday, Lampard said: "Winning the Cup still means the same. It stays with you for life.
"If you win this title, it stays with you forever. If we can find the standards we have found this season then we have a really good chance to win."
Lampard won the FA Cup four times as a player and knows what a Wembley triumph can mean.
"It would be a boost but then any experience of a cup final for young players is a good one anyway," he said.
"There is a different feel to a cup final as there is a necessity to win.
"That can change the feel of the game."
