Olympique Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas is prepared to sell Houssem Aouar this summer.
The midfield schemer is a favourite of Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, while Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is another admirer, having scouted Aouar on behalf of City.
Le Parisien says Aulas has a 'pact' with Aouar that he can leave OL this summer for the right price.
An OL source stated: "It is tacit between the two parties. There is no moral agreement, but inside the club, everyone knows it."
Aouar, 22, has a contract with Lyon to 2023.
