Juventus are willing to let Ramsey leave the club on a free transfer this summer, despite only signing for the Serie A giants last summer.
It has also been claimed that Juventus, with new manager Andrea Pirlo, are keen to get Ramsey's wages off their bill.
Pirlo is happy to see Ramsey moved on as he has alternative plans for his midfield next season.
