Norwich City fullback Max Aarons has recalled the reality check Roberto Firmino gave him when facing Liverpool last season.
The 20-year-old was left stunned by all of Liverpool's players, but one in particular was singled out by him for special praise.
He told the Athletic: "It turned 4-0 few minutes before half-time.
"I remember Roberto Firmino doing this particular touch underneath his leg and when I got into the changing room I remember saying 'Wow, they are top top level!'
"You see it on TV and it looks good. You applaud the goals and you're like, 'They look sharp' but when you're up against it, I can't tell you how quick and sharp it was. That was definitely a moment of realisation.... It was unbelievable!"
