Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is interested in signing Matt Doherty from Wolves.
The Portuguese wants to improve his team's defence, especially after losing Jan Vertonghen this summer.
And football.london says Mourinho is a huge admirer of Doherty.
But his countryman, Nuno Espirito Santo, who is in charge at Wolves, will not want to lose his player either.
It may take a big bid to secure the defender.
Although, Doherty may be available as Wolves look to sign Ainsley Maitland-Niles from Arsenal, who can also play right wing-back.
