Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho was impressed by Gedson Fernandes for Saturday's friendly win against Ipswich.
Mourinho admits he tried Gedson at right-back and was impressed by the performance for the 3-0 triumph.
He later remarked: "Gedson played right-back for the first time and he was really, really good.
"In the first half we had some very good combinations."
Midfielder Gedson arrived at Spurs in January from Benfica.
