Arsenal are lining up a new contract for FA Cup winner Emiliano Martinez.
The Sun says Arsenal want Martinez to join star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in extending his stay at the club as a result of his fine form.
It is believed he will first seek assurances of his chances of regular football, however, and is worried he will return to the bench permanently when Leno is fit again.
Martinez broke down in tears following the weekend's 2-1 win over Chelsea in the FA Cup final, and lauded Aubameyang for his role in the victory.
"I can't really talk," he told BBC. "I said to him [Aubameyang] before the game, you're going to win us the game because you are our captain. And he did it.
"Regarding my family, I can't talk."
