Bologna sporting director Walter Sabatini is in talks with De Rossi and ready to hand him the Primavera coaching role, reports TMW.
Sabatini is a long time former sporting director of Roma and is close to De Rossi.
A board meeting is planned with De Rossi where he is expected to be offered the position.
