Brentford want at least £25m for Said Benrahma.
Premier League clubs are trying to poach Brentford's best players after they lost in the Championship play-off final to Fulham on Tuesday.
Benrahma was a standout performer for the Bees this season, attracting interest from Leeds United, Chelsea and Arsenal.
And Sky Sports says Brentford will listen to offers of at least £25m.
Aston Villa and West Ham United also like the look of 24-year-old Benrahma, who has three caps for Algeria.
