Napoli have made a last ditch attempt to wreck Arsenal's deal for Lille defender Gabriel.
The Gunners are said to have agreed terms with Gabriel on a deal that would see him move to the Emirates for £22million.
But Sky Sports says Napoli have made a fresh attempt at the 11th hour to convince him on a switch to Serie A.
Napoli have already done some successful business with Lille this summer after landing striker Victor Osimhen.
However, French sources say Gabriel favours a move to London and Arsenal.
