Olympiacos defender Konstantinos Tsimikas continues to be linked with Liverpool.
Greece's Spor Time reports the Reds are 'very close' to completing the signing to the left-back from the Greek club.
Liverpool are looking to Tsimikas as an alternative to Jamal Lewis, after having a £10m offer rejected by Norwich City on Thursday.
It has also been claimed that the 'offer' for Tsimikas is in the region of £15m.
Tsimikas was in England on Thursday night as Olympiacos were beaten by Wolves in the Europa League at Molineux.
