Brighton have informed Leeds United that Ben White is not for sale.
The 22-year-old starred for Leeds on loan as they took out the Championship title.
The Whites have already failed with two bids for White.
And local Brighton outlet The Argus says Brighton will not sell the centre-back as he is part of their long-term plans.
Liverpool and Chelsea have also been linked with the Englishman in recent weeks.
