Tottenham are willing to part with defender Cameron Carter-Vickers.
The youngster is 22 and in the final year of his contract with the club.
And Football Insider says Carter-Vickers is available for roughly £2.5 million.
The American centre-back will be sold as the club looks to raise funds for their own moves, as Jose Mourinho is looking to strengthen his squad.
The player has been told he can move on if the price is met, with the asking price roughly half of what Spurs wanted for him last summer.
