Brighton are in advanced talks to sign NAC Breda defender Jan Paul van Hecke.
The young centre-half, who came close to joining AS Monaco in January, is set to move to Brighton for a fee of around €2m, says BN DeStem.
However, Van Hecke will be immediately returning to Holland for the new season, where he'll play on-loan with FC Utrecht.
The stopper has a contract with NAC to 2022.
Brighton have already raided the Dutch transfer market once this summer with a swoop for Ajax defender Joel Veltman.
