Those close to Barcelona ace Lionel Messi cannot deny he's considering his future.
It broke over the weekend that Messi had informed Barca directors he wanted to leave this summer, despite still having a year to run on his contract.
Messi, according to Brazilian journalist Marcelo Bechler, wants to immediately leave after their Champions League humiliation at the hands of Bayern Munich. Bechler is the same source who first broke the news of Neymar leaving Barca for PSG three years ago.
Barca have since denied the reports of Messi insisting he wished to leave.
However, Mundo Deportivo made contact with family members of Messi and in contrast to the club, they refused to deny Bechler's report.
