Manchester City are giving serious consideration to the re-signing of Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa.
The 22-year-old was with City for two seasons, but was out on loan the entire time, before joining Villa in 2019.
A Brazil international, Luiz has impressed at Villa Park and now Pep Guardiola is thinking about bringing him back.
Globo Esporte says City will consider activating a buy-back clause of roughly £25 million to get the player.
Luiz would add competition in midfield for City as they lose David Silva and potentially others in the transfer window.
